Boosters Tokenomics

House of Boxing does not have a ERC-20 token yet and therefore all the tokenomics are centred around the Boosters which are non-fungible tokens (NFTs)

Description of Booster Traits:

Boosters possess six distinct traits that shape their identity and impact on gameplay:

a. Rarity:

The rarity trait determines the scarcity and value of the Booster, ranging from Common to Obsidian. The rarity of the Booster unlocks access to specific tournaments and grants additional impact bonuses, boosting the player's performance.

b. Boxer:

Each Booster features specific fighters involved in the captured Moment. This adds an element of familiarity and excitement for fans of particular fighters, allowing them to relive iconic moments or envision new possibilities.

c. Weight Category:

The weight category trait aligns with the various weight divisions in boxing, allowing players to strategize and make predictions based on the specific weight class of the fighters involved in the Moment.

d. Finish Result:

The finish result trait corresponds to the potential outcomes of a fight, such as knockout (KO)/technical knockout (TKO) or decision. This trait adds an element of suspense and strategy to the predictive game mode.

e. Round:

The round trait indicates the round in which the captured Moment takes place. It enables players to consider the timing and pace of the fight, adding an additional layer of complexity to their predictions.

d. Season:

Boosters will be sold in different Seasons, so users that have the most recent season have a slight advantage vs someone that has an older one.

Scarcity and Rarity:

Premium Boosters come in four different scarcities, each with its own uniqueness and value:

a. Common (500 to 5000 editions):

Common packs feature Common Moments from fights. While they may seem ordinary, they hold hidden potential. Even the greatest fighters have humble beginnings, and a Common pack could contain a rising star who will one day make their mark in the boxing world. Additionally, Common packs play a vital role in forming unique strategies within the House of Boxing game, offering unexpected opportunities for victory.

b. Gold (50-500 editions):

Gold Moments are rarer than Commons, featuring mid-round punches, dodges, uppercuts, and other significant moments from mid-level bouts. These Moments hold immense value and are easily collected, representing the gold standard of Premium Boosters.

c. Diamond (5-50 editions):

Diamond Moments are super rare and represent the pinnacle of boxing excitement. These Moments capture the intense battles, showcasing power punches, knockdowns, face-altering blows, and spectacular knockouts. Diamond Boosters hold tremendous value and highlight the unforgettable moments that define unique fighters.

d. Obsidian (1 edition):

An Obsidian Booster exists as a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, with only one Booster and one unique owner. They are the legendary Boosters in the sport, encapsulating history-making knockouts, world title deciders, and the unforgettable falls before the comebacks. Obsidian Boosters represent the defining Moments of an era and hold unparalleled prestige.

Distribution Model of Boosters

Boosters are distributed through two main channels:

• Primary Market in House of Boxing

• Secondary Market, currently the in-house secondary market is disabled, but will be enabled shortly. Boosters can be traded now as well in Immutable X and NFTrade marketplace

The supply distribution logic of the Boosters will be as follows:

• Boosters will be made available through Drops, each containing a specific supply of boosters for different rarity levels, as outlined in the supply ranges mentioned earlier. The distribution of each Booster's supply is determined by assessing the demand we observe within the Predictive Tournaments. This ensures that we can adapt the supply based on the number of users actively participating in the game.

• In simpler terms, the more players engage with the Predictive Tournaments, the more Boosters will be provided, catering to the actual interest and demand within the community. This flexible approach allows us to fine-tune the distribution and create an engaging experience that truly resonates with our player base, without impacting in the prize of current boosters that are already in circulation in the market.
