# Growth Model

Our GTM strategy for House of Boxing focuses on key components to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention and long-term sustainable growth:

User Acquisition

Our focus is to prioritize organic growth to attract a core audience of boxing fans who are passionate about building a boxing Web3 game. We do so by leveraging our partners and owned and shared channels of social media to build our new user cohorts.&#x20;

* Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships with boxing organizations, promoters, boxers and brands to expand reach, credibility, and brand exposure across various target segments. Our partners include: Queensberry Promotions, Blackpool and Immutable X&#x20;
* Content Marketing: Develop high-quality content to educate and entertain boxing enthusiasts, establishing House of Boxing as a go-to source such as;
  * Press releases via partner channel and media outlets to attract a growing user base and increase brand recognition
  * We will utilize organic channels such as; social media to enhance our visibility and attract boxing enthusiasts organically to the House of Boxing platform
* Micro Community Referrals: Implementing a referral program to incentivize organic growth through user referrals.

Engagement & Retention&#x20;

* Community: Building an engaged boxing community via our early access VIP club; creating great feedback loops to build the game and improve new feature releases.&#x20;
* User Insights: We will seek to continuously analyze user data, metrics, and feedback to optimize features, user experience, and marketing efforts. Allowing us to continuously address their needs and create a platform that resonates with them and encourages participation and loyalty.&#x20;
